My Story Begins

Three countries. One compounding career.

I did not inherit a network, a market or a language. I built a career the slow way — by moving, adapting and out-preparing the room. What follows is the arc: from India, to the UAE, to Germany, from front-line sales into leadership, and now into building.

I work at the intersection of operations, leadership and revenue — the places where strategy either becomes real or quietly dies. My training is commercial: sales, customer success, finance and marketing. My instinct is operational: find the broken step, fix the system, then teach the team to own it.

A Master's degree in Germany gave me the frameworks — IT service management, financial management, brand strategy. The work gave me the judgement. Moving countries three times gave me the thing that can't be taught: the ability to be a beginner without losing conviction.

Today I lead a team, build an AI product called CareerOS, and reach millions of people through storytelling about work and migration. Different surfaces, one thesis: careers should be designed, not drifted into.
